@stonks508 @lever_age It's all about assets vs liabilities. The time is ticking, 25th of August is the day they can redeem those preferred shares the earliest. Nobody knows what they are going to do. They will need to file something. Voluntarily chapter 11 or 7 is imminent or merger/acquisition. Any assets left after paying off debt to Acuitas and administrative fees will be paid to preferred holders. Anything above $0.02/share is a win. I calculated a deduction cash burn of $8m and an administrative fee with 14% of assets and came out with $1.25/share left to distribute for preferreds. $OTRKP $OTRK
