$OPAD There's accumulation happening in OPAD today. It's up over 10% already. It's probably getting bought up because House Republican Speaker Johnson met with Trump yesterday evening about passing the Housing Bill. That Bill has now been officially transferred to the Whitehouse. Trump can either approve it, veto it, or do nothing which should let it pass automatically by Congress in 10 days since it had a greater than two thirds approval majority. Furthermore, since it has such wide bipartisan support in both chambers of Congress, it's extremely unlikely that Trump would veto it, because that could backfire on him bigly and would be beyond stupid. So I see the Housing Bill getting approved in a matter of days which should give an immediate boost to OPAD and OPEN
View on StockTwits ↗$OPAD Offerpad's message board feed here on Stocktwits just crossed over 9,000 followers. That's a considerable increase from the approximately 6,000 following it had in March.
View on StockTwits ↗$OPAD $OPEN The 10 year treasury yield reading has gone down multiple days in a row now, and Brent Crude Oil prices are still going way down since the Iran conflict agreement was reached. Consequently, a great many US banks lowered mortgage rates within the past few days. So far in 2026, when the 30 year mortgage rate average offering is 6.5% or lower, home purchase mortgage activity picks up significantly; and that rate has fallen back below that threshold now. Housing market activity should pick up again like it had for most of 2026 before rates peaked again last month. Furthermore, since we're clearly in a buyer's market now, that should result in lower home sales prices, which should serve as an inflation lowering force along with lower oil prices. The cycle is shifting in Offerpad's and Opendoor's favor again, and that trend should continue for a long time unless some other random war pops up.
View on StockTwits ↗$OPAD $OPEN Brent crude oil prices are way down now, close to pre-war levels, which will help lower inflation readings. The 10 year treasury yield is starting to come down now also. Consequently, that means rates will be coming down next in turn. If these leading indicators continue to lower and bring down mortgage rates, then soon many housing market stocks will take off. The iBuyers Offerpad and Opendoor could especially explode upwards.... Plus, the Housing Bill just passed in the Senate and had already passed in the House of Representatives. Once the President signs the Bill within a week, that will also boost OPAD and OPEN. I especially can't believe OPAD's market cap is only 21 million now with so many huge uplifting forces right around the corner. Their cash reserves are almost double their market cap now. It's a no-brainer to buy OPAD at these prices
View on StockTwits ↗$WEN could use some of that squeeze over at $OPAD who now has a very low float after a recent r/s.
View on StockTwits ↗$OPAD Approval of the Affordable Housing Bill tonight should help housing stocks.
View on StockTwits ↗$OPAD I am here because the company is running advertising on stocktwits for followers. I don't think I even clicked on the ad but I guess I must have accidentally clicked on it, which led to automatically following the stock. I mean there can't be any hope for a company that is spending money on trying to get stock speculators. Although I guess they want to pump the price as high as possible before the next dilution!
View on StockTwits ↗$OPAD you know you're trash when you have to pay for followers 😅
View on StockTwits ↗$OPAD I just sold 5% more of my $ABSI position to lock in profit, then I poured that money into acquiring about 9,000 additional shares of OPAD after hours over the past forty minutes. Buying OPAD while its market cap is 23 million is like being able to buy a Picasso painting at a yard sale! This kind of opportunity is quite rare. Read Offerpad's official press releases for the past 3 quarters to realize that they've transformed their company in similar ways that $OPEN transformed theirs in the past year. After you read up and realize their opportunity, you'll be buying at these levels also. I'm long Opendoor as well
View on StockTwits ↗$OPAD OPAD stock traded at over $60 last year, post split adjusted. After improving all aspects of operations including incorporating AI platforms to enhance all business departments, Offerpad is a much more competent and efficient company going forward. It has improved EPS and margins significantly, and lowered costs by over 140 million. There's a reason that Zacks recently upgraded them to a BUY rating. I see OPAD as the easiest stock to gain 5x within a year because of how ridiculously low their 23 million market cap is now.
