Lets be clear..
Their PR today claims:
"Decrease in Loss from Operations: loss from operations of $6.9 million in 2024 compared to $26.2 million in 2023, representing reduction of $19.3M, a 74% decrease."
That is materially misleading since they declared $15M in "Goodwill reduction" in 2023 which is a part of that $26M and thus the reduction in loss is in direct correlation to their reduction in revenue..
That is considered wire fraud!
