@CarefulThoughts A Footnote: Through the last +25Y as an investor, I have never experienced a well-run company like VNDA meet so much resistance in the trading patterns, over such a long period. Even authorities ( which is the main trigger ) act with a weird and non-legal behaviour. I had several investment, where Kevin Tang took a larger pos. Everytime something strange happened. You can check ex. $OMIC and $LITS. Common for all are: Cash higher than Market Cap. I will not be surprised, if Tang is the man behind the curtain here, too.

$OMIC I have no idea why I was able to pick up 500 shares at $19.50 and sell them all at $20 or a few pennies below. Short covering or hostile bid on deck for more than $20? I dunno
$OMIC There is no arbitrage trade here. maybe some short covering or hostile bid brewing. I am out now but omic was good to me. Shenanigans always with these type of friends and family tickers.
