$OMER a sobering thought: I bought my first OMER shares in Feb 2017 for $ 9.75. In the mean time, NASDAQ has gone up 4.75X, meaning that my OMER shares would have to be at $ 46.30 to have the same return as NASDAQ.
View on StockTwits ↗$OMER Highlight from the call: "TA-TMA is a mostly diagnosis of execution." Yes, that it is!
View on StockTwits ↗$OMER So sounds like in regards to R&D spend that OncotoX is higher priority than anything else outside of the MASP-2/3 programs?

View on StockTwits ↗$OMER As stated in an earlier post, I was not that happy with todays price action. Expected much more due to how significantly the outlook changed. I may have rose colored glasses and/or be over stating near term valuation. Catalysts. Faster market ramp and larger addressable market expected. Moving to additional indications and off lable treatments. Stronger balance sheet with less chance of dilution. Hopefully $100mil, and pathway to royalties(2nd revenue stream). Better outlook =s higher chance of buyout. Positive cashflow, advancing pipeline, two revenue sources, seems like a pretty reasonable 2-3bil biotech, highend or more in a buyout. Obviously dependent on the details. As of now, i don't see an arguement much higher than that without additional positive catalysts.
View on StockTwits ↗$OMER (L) A few nuggets from the Q2 call: +$4.1M positive cash flow, repurchased convertible notes & shares (fiscally responsible mgmt) Reimbursement tailwinds (J-code started July 1st, NTAP payment effective October 1st) Just scratching the surface of TA-TMA market. Overall incidence numbers will continue to move up. Latest MIDAS study showed incidence at 56% of allogenic transplant At this point (after $AZN's ravulizumab missed its phase 3 endpoints), physicians are only using eculizumab due to old habits (used the past 10 to 12 years). CEO is confident that won't be a long-lived challenge C5 inhibits the lytic arm of the classical pathway (increasing risk of infection). MASP-2 is near the top of the lectin pathway so Yartemlea maintains the adaptive immune response Bottom Line: Yartemlea = best-in-class first-line therapy for both adults and pediatrics
View on StockTwits ↗$OMER If todays price stock option price is good enough for Joseph Schocken. Then i'm wiring another 100K to Fidelity tomorrow to buy more. This is a no brainer. If another company i'm aware of with no pipeline and their drug losing exclusiveness in short time can have offers for $4 billion. Then Omeros should get 10B at the absolute bare mininum.
