$NRSN I'm not against a 1 for 4 reverse split to stay well above the minimum requirement during this hardship, this company can do great things for patients. But, railroading investors to where we can never recover with a 1 for 40 is not feasible. Vote no. They need to come back with a better proposal omitting the latter.

$NRSN A little longer than the usual update - but worth reading if you are an NRSN shareholder, stakeholder, member of the ALS community, or simply following our journey with interest. In this letter, I provide a candid update on NeuroSense’s preparations for the Phase 3 PARAGON study, our efforts to secure the right financial and strategic support, the regulatory pathways we are pursuing in Canada and other territories, our ongoing strategic discussions, and our work to maintain Nasdaq compliance. The road ahead requires resources, discipline, and execution. At the same time, the clinical data, regulatory progress, and intellectual property we have built provide several credible paths to advance PrimeC - and we are actively pursuing them. Most importantly, ALS does not wait.
