$NHHHF can’t raise the full $5M (red flag), not de-risked. $1.9M to pay debt (AGAIN!), so super financial abysss and resuscitated. as always the only way to say they are in a strong financial position, is because new shareholders clean the sheet for their wreckless behavior over decades and 5.5 years in Fuel Positive. Once again, when this money is gone: 1 test unit, no clients list, no orders, no patents, no manufacturing plant, same BS different day.
LIFE financing was dead in the water and they stayed quiet about it for 8 months. great job!
Bottom line: connecting an ammonia machine to a GREEN GRID, which they did not create and taking over $25M+ and 5 years later to do it, tells you a lot!
“Continues moving towards full activation” is such BS and shareholders need very clear and concise answers, like when Luna and Ian are leaving the board.

$NHHHF Ian missed the biggest opportunity to sell this system with the supply of ammonia disrupted by the Iran war. Please license the technology to another company that can execute. Unfortunately Ian just can't make anything happen. If the board of directors wants this company to survive, they need to step in and take over.
