$NEOM I was doing a little research on Dr. Patrick Soon Shiong who bought over 100,000,000 shares back in 2012. I can't find it anywhere where he sold. He did plan to attend the Saudi-backed investment conference back in 2018 but withdrew due to to the death of journalist Jamal Khashoggi. Thoughts???
$NEOM Today, I watched a video showing that NEOM is progressing, but more costly and slower than projected. However, they have commitments to satisfy, with deadlines. The bottom line is that they will likely need to attract investments to meet those deadlines. The NEOM stock could be a good way for them to attract investors from the west. I remain bullish that something positive will eventually come from all of this.

You can’t build, invest or start a company when the economic, safety and peace of mind are not aligned within a reasonable margin. With the elimination of an overhead threat and the destruction of nuclear weapons, the region will begin to breathe much better and somehow will help us with our investment. And who will be investing into something tangible that can be destroyed by terrorists.?

$NEOM I disagree with this assessment for several reasons. But primarily, if Saudi wants to list NEOM Company on U.S. markets (using the symbol NEOM), then:
1. They must assume control (M&A)
OR
2. The ticker must be dissolved via corporate cessation / share cancellation, SEC action.
I believe Saudi wants to list NEOM Company using the symbol NEOM. It’s that simple 🤷
The SEC can’t take action to dissolve NEOM because they filed a form 15, and have less than 300 shareholders as of last filing.
The Brokerage/ DTC process for deleting worthless shares could take place… but only if nobody objects. I could be wrong, but I’m certain YA Global has a plan for this ticker, or at least they did…
I’m certain, even if the ticker / shell NEOM was used as an *unsponsored* ADR / GDR, for NEOM Company, that would be valuable enough to pay the money to revive the shell with the SOS… 🤔
