View on StockTwits ↗$OXLC $PDI $NBB Really 💩y jobs report with downward revisions for August and September as well. Maybe now treasury yields will stop their upward spiral.
View on StockTwits ↗@antifapat Another $15000.00 got called Friday. Probably buy $NBB as it is in an IRA.
View on StockTwits ↗@LVStrader With rate cuts coming, MUNI ETF's may be an option to replace some CD's. Their NAV's should get a boost as rates fall too. In a tax deferred account a taxable MUNI ETF like $NBB gets around 7%.

View on StockTwits ↗$NZF $NBB Dividend increases starting in June for these great muni bond funds. NZF up 38% to $0.0795 and NBB up 31% to $0.0965. So glad I picked these up over the last 1.5 years at lows not seen since there inceptions. They make a great relatively safe savings account! And go great with a nice bottle of $OXLC! 😂
View on StockTwits ↗$IWMY $WDTE $QQQY These 3 paid at Fidelity this morning. $NBB paid finally - and out of the blue about $600.00 from $PBR I had totally forgotten about. Fukkin Raining I tell ya.
View on StockTwits ↗@hotel7473 I definitely need to look in $NBB. Is there any comparison between mortgage reits, $AGNC or $NLY versus $PDI ?
View on StockTwits ↗@hadababymama @antisocial $NBB is quite different from $PDI. NBB invests in very high credit quality State municipal bonds. These muni bonds are considered very safe. Just behind US Treasuries. PDI primarily invests in much lower rated corporate debt and mortgage asset-backed securities. Thus they higher yield but also higher risk. Granted, Pimco is one of the very best in this field.
View on StockTwits ↗@hotel7473 @antisocial thank you for your responses. I’m somewhat new to CEFs. I have a question? How does $NBB compare to $PDI? Which one would you view as a safer trade?
View on StockTwits ↗$OXLC Hello my $OXLC $CLM $PDI $PTY friends. A little public service announcement. If you’re looking for a relatively safe, 5.6% yielding option for all your rainy day cash, check out $NBB. A taxable muni bond CEF from Nuveen. The Fed raising rates crushed muni bond value. As rates now come down these safe investments are going to provide capital appreciation while paying you a little better than savings account yield. They also just declared a short term capital gains special dividend of $0.4823 (6X the monthly dividend) that goes X-div on 12/26. $NBB is currently trading at a 9.5% discount. 3 and 5 year average discount is only 2.5%. Anyway, check it out if you are looking to sock away some cash in your IRA. Best to you all.
