✅ Federal DOJ/DEA Final Order (April 23) says state licenses = conclusive evidence for expedited DEA registration. They’re literally endorsing Surterra’s Florida license and operations.
✅ Taurus is chasing back rent + future lease payments on a vacated office. With a stronger balance sheet, no 280E tax hammer, and federal validation of the entire business, $SNDL/Surterra is now in a MUCH better position to negotiate, settle, or defend.
