View on StockTwits ↗$MBAK Looking for News soon! We need some news with sizzle...Let's Go MBAK!
View on StockTwits ↗$MBAK Notice how '@OTC_Watchdog' calls themselves a 'watchdog,' but 100% of their post history is hyper-focused on $MBAK? Real market watchdogs cover the entire OTC. You don't spend 40 hours a week pulling dockets, digging up corporate registries in South Africa, and tracking website badge refresh timers on a single sub-penny stock out of 'public service.' You have a short position or an axe to grind. Keep writing essays—the long-term investors are watching the actual physical infrastructure build. You see a pattern of "excuses" because you expect a high-voltage industrial turnaround to run on the frictionless timeline of a software app. I see an emerging market infrastructure play navigating the grueling, messy middle phase: hardware manufactured, regulatory lab infrastructure being built, and grid compliance being secured. Time will show which read was right. Don't invest what you're not willing to lose!
View on StockTwits ↗$MBAK @Mangood — you hold millions of shares and have capital on the line. You've said so yourself. That is precisely why every piece of negative information gets a positive spin by you. Badges expire on timers. Addresses are administrative. Deliveries are certification delays. Communication silence is strategic. The pattern is always explainable, always temporary, always about to resolve. This is not analysis. This is the natural response of someone who cannot afford to reach the obvious conclusion. You were asked one question across multiple posts: where in this documented pattern do you find confidence that a single customer will ever take physical delivery and make a verified payment? You have not answered it. Instead you questioned my motives to deflect.
View on StockTwits ↗$MBAK@otc_watchdog I honestly don’t know what your personal interest or motive is with this company. You spend hours every single day writing detailed essays, dissecting $15 domain redirects, tracking postal mail, and cataloging administrative timers on a micro-cap stock you claim to be "Bearish" on. If you don't hold a position and don't believe in the company, why are you devoting so much of your life to it? Most people who dislike a penny stock simply sell, walk away, and focus on better setups. The sheer volume of your posts makes it obvious you have an agenda—whether that's short-side sentiment manipulation, board clout, or just an odd obsession. Unlike you, I am an actual investor in $MBAK. I hold millions of shares. I have actual capital on the line, which means I look at the complete picture—both the messy back-office realities and the underlying macro fundamentals.
View on StockTwits ↗$MBAK @Mangood You have an explanation for every individual data point. Badges expire on timers. Addresses are administrative oversights. Deliveries are delayed by certification cycles. Communication is being managed strategically. Taken individually, each explanation might sound plausible. But step back and look at the pattern: a company that has missed every announced delivery deadline, certified false director information to a government body under penalty of perjury, provided a non-existent address to a federal court, reported $3 million in revenue with zero cash received from customers, had its profile badges removed, and whose Chairman has now stated that she will communicate the legal minimum to shareholders. At what point do the individual explanations stop and the pattern begin? And the question you haven't answered in any post: where in this picture do you find confidence that any customer will ever take physical delivery of a single BESS unit and make a verifiable payment?
View on StockTwits ↗$MBAK @otc_watchdog_ You are taking automated OTC Markets 6-month profile timers and returned postal mail to paint a narrative of immediate collapse. Is MBAK’s corporate administration and PR hygiene frustratingly slow? Yes. Falling into Pink Limited due to reporting lags and letting profile verification badges temporarily expire shows a back office that needs serious tightening. If a company verified its profile in January 2026, that badge automatically drops off in July 2026 unless the company pays the renewal fee and re-verifies. It is a scheduled expiration timer, not an OTC Markets enforcement action. However, equating administrative paperwork delays to a fake company ignores the actual physical assets: the completed 55 MWh BESS hardware sitting in warehouse staging and the massive structural demand in the Indian energy market. The administrative tags clear when paperwork is filed; the true valuation will be determined when the hardware moves.
