$LUXA so the vote in October gives more runway to solidify DA with this life sciences co. I hope they provide more confidence that this recent LOI turns into DA before then, but I doubt it due to hush hush nature. I assume the month by month extensions thereafter can be used to stall on final merger / perhaps wait for a better market for spacs / April 2023 deadline. Anyone looking at this? Thoughts? These warrants are scary, but high risk/reward
