$LUCD That's the nature of Moldx dude. Literally all we can do is speculate because there is no timeline, no accountability, no transparency. Feel free to put me on ignore if you don't want to hear it. I wouldn't speculate without precedent, but there IS precedent. That is the point. It's a possibility to consider, a different way of thinking.
View on StockTwits β$LUCD I know we have some $PAVM holders here still... "Veris accelerated its commercial engagement with OSU-The James while progressing development of its implantable physiological monitor toward FDA submission. Lucid secured an important new commercial coverage policy for EsoGuard while continuing to advance its broader commercial initiatives. And, our relaunched medical device portfolio is on track with PortIO and Octeris progressing toward key milestones." https://ir.pavmed.com/2026-08-14-PAVmed-Provides-Business-Update-and-Reports-Second-Quarter-2026-Financial-Results
View on StockTwits β$LUCD What is the point of making such a speculative post and offer false hope. It's been 41 weeks of disappointment starting from November 2025. If we listen to you, that becomes 82 days of disappointment. In how many cases have they alluded to draft lcds on a Friday in the last several years? One? Two? Three? I have seen very very few draft lcds from moidx this year period. They have been almost non-existent. Now we can have two days of hope for an even more remote event?
View on StockTwits β$LUCD fwiw there is some precedent for announcing decisions this way. Two years ago they announced a decision on allograft rejection on a Friday and said the coverage database would be updated the following week: https://files.palmettogba.com/palmetto/moldxv2.nsf/DID/HHNFYAA6Z2 And very recently, the DCIS update was posted to the Moldx news page, also on a Friday (7/10/26). There, now everyone has a reason to be optimistic 2 days a week instead of 1.
View on StockTwits β$LUCD I have a feeling this LCD is not going go down the way we think. One alternative that I think is quite plausible is that Moldx/Palmetto makes an announcement on a Friday as soon as the draft LCD is complete. They say βhey big news, we are now covering this upper GI dysplasia LCD for the AGA-defined screening populationβ and then the actual document is published the following Wednesday night. Doing it this way would make a hell of a lot more sense than releasing a highly technical document in the middle of the night, and also avoids the possibility of leaks between the Friday when the doc is done and the Wednesday night when itβs posted. This is a big policy change. I think itβs worth of this type of announcement. Weβll see what they do.
View on StockTwits β$LUCD things are not so dire as people are making them out to be. Draft in Aug/September, maybe issue 10M shares at $2 or $3 sometime this fall, easily gets you to break even. ATM gives you a margin for error. I think everyone is losing sight of how quickly Lucid becomes profitable once they are getting paid. 6k tests/quarter is nothing.
View on StockTwits β$LUCD Markets closed folks. No sense looking here for another week. Here's what we know for sure. We're HAVE to get the LCD to survive and it has to happen pretty soon because the process from draft until initiation will eat at least 66 % of our cash on hand. We can't escape Aug/Sep without a draft. We need to pop on the draft and sell a ton of shares (dilute) into that strength just to survive and I think that's possibly 25M to $30M shares. We'll be pinned near a dollar for a while. In the interim, they need Congress to not shut down government in OCT and that's a long shot because the Dems (just being honest) are going to want to rachet up the pain factor before the mid-terms. If NOT, we can get our place in the V.A. budget and hopefully they can start commercializing on the nearly 23M covered lives currently in the fold. All that has to happen or we're pretty well cooked. We can kick and scream but that just makes it worse.
View on StockTwits β$LUCD long-term shareholders are going to be pulverized by dilution Dave has been right, ngl
View on StockTwits β$LUCD Obviously, a disappointing week. No draft, no excitement, even the analysts seem to be running out of questions. C-SUITE & BOD - how about some open market purchases to show that you are standing shoulder to shoulder with your long suffering shareholders? One of my other core holdings, Rezolute, had a phase 3 blow up last December. All of the execs bought SIGNIFICANT shares within DAYS of the negative read out, which sent a strong message to shareholders that "we got this." Now they're all up >300%. The loss of confidence that comes from a phase 3 failure is at least equivalent to that which occurs when CMS coverage guidance is off by over a year. I think we badly need to hear a "we got this" from Lucid management right now!
View on StockTwits β$LUCD to think I once expected to get a LCD decision before the end of the yearβ¦ in 2025 π
View on StockTwits βmy guess is $LUCD issues shares by year end. they won't go into 2027 with 1 quarter of runway. my guess is they issue shares in 2-3 months
View on StockTwits βNeedham reiterated $LUCD Buy-$3 and said We Think It's Very Likely That CMS Will Issue A Draft Local Coverage Determination (LCD) Covering EsoGuard This Year. $CSTL MDT MYGN GRAL GH $PAVM NTRA Here's what else Needham said in its note to investors: In 2Q26, EsoGuard test volume grew 1% Y/Y to 2,770. LUCD's 2Q26 revenue came in above consensus and its operating expenses were below our estimate. LUCD ended 2Q26 with ~$33M of cash as its cash burn decreased moderately from 1Q26. Given LUCD's published data and positive Contractor Advisory Committee (CAC) Meeting on 9/4/25, we think it's very likely that CMS will issue a draft Local Coverage Determination (LCD) covering EsoGuard this year. We expect LUCD's revenue growth to increase and to narrow the gap with EsoGuard test volume growth as it gains coverage from Medicare and other insurers, and we reiterate our Buy rating.
View on StockTwits β$LUCD Havenβt listened to the call for the past few quarters as the delay in the draft is so very frustrating. Nevertheless this is not managements fault just plain bureaucracy slowing the process. I feel itβs our time in the next couple of weeks. Most of us have been here since the beginning and itβs been a long journey but weβve jumped over every hurdle that weβve faced and now the finish line is in sight. This time next year all this will be a distant memory and the SP will be in the teens !!!!
