The Edgar Lomax Value Fund primarily directs its capital towards well-established, large-capitalization companies. Its investment advisor anticipates that the portfolio will consistently maintain exposure to a minimum of 20% of the constituent companies found within the Standard & Poor's (S&P) 100 Index, a market-capitalization-weighted benchmark composed of 100 leading firms across diverse industrial sectors. Furthermore, the fund is mandated to commit at least 85% of its total assets to equity instruments. These encompass not only conventional common stocks but also a range of other securities that share characteristics with common stock, such as convertible securities, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), rights, and warrants.
