$LGMK the new owners are a newly formed shell company created just for this purchase. It will be interesting to see how many from logicmark own the new company. What a scam.
$LGMK it’s probably long overdue that this company be taken private, but it sure seems like the board and executive team chose to screw shareholders on the way out one last time. Based on their filings they have more cash and investments on the books than they “sold” the company for. They also have lost millions over the past several years and we always heard from the ceo about the investment in technology and patents. Even though they could never generate revenue or profit from their patents, there must be some value there. This seems more than a little sleazy and maybe the SEC needs to investigate? I think the company founder was convicted of SEC violations and maybe the current CEO should be subject to similar scrutiny.
