Following Johnson Controls' divestiture of its residential and light commercial HVAC businesses to Bosch in 2025, nearly all of its revenue comes from commercial HVAC (60%) and fire and security products and services (40%). A 2016 merger joined Johnson Controls' HVAC and Tyco's fire and security businesses with the premise that there is synergy in offering a broader variety of automation products and solutions to commercial buildings. We estimate Johnson Controls' pro forma revenue mix will be one-third products, one-third installation, and one-third services.

View on StockTwits ↗$JCI I have just finalised my thesis on this one. Core thesis in one line: Johnson Controls is converting a 140-plus-year HVAC and building-controls legacy into picks-and-shovels exposure to the AI data center build-out, and the backlog is now confirming it faster than guidance is catching up. Price Target, Bear Case $114, Base case $145, Bull case $167 https://jxcx1990jc.substack.com/p/jci-johnson-controls-international?r=4asvgq
View on StockTwits ↗All these stocks hit new 52 WEEK HIGHS at some point today $HWM $JCI $SIMO $STT $D Today's 52-week high list exhibits tactical right-side capital deployment, anchoring heavily on AI cooling infrastructure, edge-compute controllers, and high-cash-flow defensive hegemons. Thermal management sovereign $JCI (Johnson Controls) hit fresh record highs, driven by explosive data-center liquid cooling backlogs. Concurrently, storage controller frontrunner $SIMO (Silicon Motion) executed a major technical breakout as its enterprise PCIe Gen5 AI workloads scale, while aerospace alloy giant $HWM prints textbook right-side momentum. Custodian banking giant $STT and premium utility infrastructure play $D power higher, demonstrating fierce institutional accumulation inside cash-rich hard assets. Are you chasing the high-conviction right-side expansion of liquid-cooling titan $JCI, or accumulating the premium edge-compute breakout inside $SIMO?
View on StockTwits ↗Broad participation across industrials, semis, financial infrastructure, and utilities - multiple sectors tagging new 52-week highs in the same tape. That’s not isolated strength… that’s market regime expansion. $JCI -building systems + data center infrastructure tailwind exposure $SIMO - storage + memory controller leverage into AI data growth $STT - asset management + institutional flow strength $D - defensive utility with yield stability in risk-on/risk-off balance $BNY — BK (Bank of New York Mellon) custody + capital markets infrastructure backbone When defensives, cyclicals, and financial infrastructure all hit highs together, it usually signals broad liquidity expansion-not a narrow rally.
View on StockTwits ↗@MorganHoratio Have you looked at $INV ? Direct to chip dual-cooling maker. $JCI & LeGrande recently took abt 10% stake each and started pushing. Given "Do more with less space & power" Cooling is another bottleneck and $INV at just $500MIL can take off!
View on StockTwits ↗Here are some of the most prominent themes that our team is focusing on: Data center cooling: $VRT $MOD $FIX $JCI $CARR This Datacenter Cooling watchlist captures the ultimate bottleneck of the AI era: as hyperscale clusters hit severe power and thermal walls... $VRT continues to dominate institutional flows, backed by a strong Q2 organic sales growth guidance of 20%-24% and the strategic closure of the ThermoKey acquisition to lock in next-gen AI factory architectures. Electrical and mechanical pure-play $FIX is demonstrating incredible structural alpha. Fueled by dense tech deployments, its Electrical segment surged 88% YoY in Q1, ballooning its total legally committed backlog to an all-time record of $12.45B. This healthy market pullback drops these premium compounders like $MOD right back into vital technical support zones. Are you staying loyal to liquid cooling pioneer $VRT, or accumulating $FIX for its unassailable $12B+ backlog moat?
