No recent Form 4 filings on EDGAR — either no insider transactions reported recently or this isn't a SEC-registered issuer.
ETF flow picture this week tells you everything about positioning shifts. Big inflows rotating into core and growth exposure: $IVV +48.27B $SPYM +12.13B $IWD +11.40B $IWF +7.25B $VONG +5.74B I often get asked why I don’t turn this into paid content, but for me, sharing stock information is just a hobby. I’m not financially struggling, so I choose to share it for free. If you’re not following with notifications on, you’re likely seeing the move after it already happened.
View on StockTwits ↗@Note7Creole @BullishBurgundy Russell 1000 inclusion forces ALL trackers (ETFs like $IWB, $IWF) to buy moron...
View on StockTwits ↗For $SPCX, that $QQQ, $IWL , and $IWF fast track money can't come quick enough to keep the hopium alive.
View on StockTwits ↗$SPCX shares that must be bought in next 7 trading days by etf 's $IWF $QQQ and all of the Msci indexes that are like $SPY as a vehicle for foreign investors to invest in US. Those etf forced to buy spcx that are tied to Msci are not well known to US investors but like spy for foreigners. It's just as big as an event as qqq Good luck bears 😂
View on StockTwits ↗@KCOINZ bears gotta get through $IWF and Msci adds this week and $QQQ next week first ! Being short before then is pretty no 🧠
View on StockTwits ↗$SPCX just a reminder $IWF and Msci are this Friday. Msci is just as big of an event as $QQQ inclusion because all of the foreign investors who own us stocks do it through Msci based ETF's Qqq inclusion is then the following week As lockups hit, all Of these will be adding more shares based on float adjusted models Crsp is automatic and continuous , qqq and iwf adjustments are quarterly Here are share counts being purchased by iwf Msci etfs and qqq in next 10 days No lockup expirations coincide now I'm long in size
View on StockTwits ↗@Stocktwits this is a pretty stupid post 1) the ipo was at 135 so actually still a good performing ipo that hasn't been anywhere near ipo price . More of retail got shares then any other ipo , so to call a profitable ipo trade exit liquidity is pretty no 🧠 2) brilliant capital allocation by musk to create value Best I ever seen A) raised 85 billion at 100 times sales, not earnings, sales B) then bought leading technology in all stock with a stock valued at 2.5 trillion (finale share count tbd) C) went to the bond market to raise investment grade debt of 20billion , not convertible debt but standard debt Say what you want , it's the best capital allocation I've ever seen. Too many companies raise equity when they are forced to at fire sale prices and too many are buying back stock at inflated prices 3) let's see where we are at after $IWF and Msci inclusion this week and $QQQ the following So far it's been a huge success to anyone without a biased opinion
View on StockTwits ↗@autistic_girl vti already bought, $IWF and all the foreign assets tied to Msci buy Friday then $QQQ in 2 weeks Not the time to be short, wait til a few days after qqq, long now will short then

View on StockTwits ↗🚀 SpaceX’s historic IPO has investors chasing the next trillion-dollar story. 📈 Shares surged 19% on debut, pushing valuation above $2T and making Elon Musk the world’s first trillionaire. ⚠️ But IPO history shows hype can fade, and valuation still matters. 🛡️ Want exposure with less company-specific risk? ETFs like $QQQ, $IWF, $ORBX, and $UFO.X offer diversified ways to play the SpaceX boom. https://www.zacks.com/stock/news/2937039/spacex-soars-in-historic-ipo-should-you-play-spcx-etfs-or-the-stock?_gl=1%2Avx5nlq%2A_up%2AMQ..%2A_ga%2ANTE3MDg4Mzg2LjE3ODE1OTQyOTQ.%2A_ga_MXXMZ1PBF7%2AczE3ODE1OTQyOTMkbzEkZzAkdDE3ODE1OTQyOTMkajYwJGwwJGg1NzY4MTgz&cid=sm-stocktwits-0-2937039-oc-38430&ADID=SYND_STOCKTWITS_TWEET_0_2937039_OC_38430
View on StockTwits ↗$SPCX this is a summary of the lockup provisions , no other ipo has ever had anything this complex This will contribute to it being range bound. Additional float from lockup expirations then triggers automatic buying from index funds , hence my thesis of range bound for a year or more Below are all the lockup tranches for the first 6 months and the schedule fore early institutional backers with significant stakes that have big positions and a sliding scale of lockups for a year Elon is also locked up for a year Range bound! All of these lockups are balanced by index/ etf phase in , when it joins the $QQQ in 2 weeks it's not really joining full scale , just a small piece and other indexes like the Russel 1000 $IWF and the crsp $VTI $VUG it will be even smaller like roughly 80 million cap. Not 2 trillion. More details to follow . Sell rips buy dips and anyone saying it's going to the moon 🌙 tell them to 🖕 off. Also 🖕 off to the bashers saying it's going to zero and a bubble

View on StockTwits ↗$SPY $QQQ $IWM $IWF 51% of the S&P 500's market cap is in stocks trading above 10x sales. Half the index. In 2002, after Sun Microsystems crashed 90%, CEO Scott McNealy famously said this about his own stock at 10x sales: "At 10x revenues, to give you a 10-year payback, I have to pay you 100% of revenues for 10 straight years in dividends. Zero costs. Zero R&D. Zero taxes. Zero employees. What were you thinking?" He was explaining why investors had been insane to pay it. Today, half the S&P 500 trades there. Different decade. Same math.
