The ETF's objective is to meet its investment goals by primarily allocating capital to common shares of U.S. companies that are publicly traded. Invesco Advisers, Inc., acting as the Sub-Adviser, selects these companies based on their expected superior growth trajectories. The fund's focus is on either nascent businesses or more mature enterprises that are just entering the rapid-growth phase of their operational cycle, which is typically characterized by exceptional expansion. Although it has the flexibility to invest in companies of all market capitalization sizes, its holdings will mainly consist of mid-capitalization issuers. The fund utilizes a concentrated, non-diversified investment strategy.
