$IRIX How does a former CEO engage in an apparent (and possibly illegal) proxy scheme without understanding the company’s corporate bylaws?
View on StockTwits ↗$IRIX Full-year 2025 revenue grew to $52.7 million from $48.7 million in 2024 helped by growth in both glaucoma and retina product lines.
View on StockTwits ↗$IRIX after the recent 8-K and 13d disclosures I’m hoping Novell/Clinico is talking directly with management, and not through Will Moore
View on StockTwits ↗$IRIX Romeo is bleeding! How to value such an unusul situation. A company update would be helpful.
View on StockTwits ↗$IRIX I must confess that reading about the alleged “stealth proxy” scheme in the 8-k reminds me of Vito getting caught in the Sopranos
View on StockTwits ↗@alexpitti @longtermvalue1 Re: $IRIX I have a full position in the stock and am not buying or selling, and least until after next ER/Call. I think Mercer is a very good CEO and expect to see continued gradual improvement in both glaucoma and retina. As suggested previously, I don’t think Will and his Chinese buddies would’ve been playing their apparent secret control games if the business was moving in the wrong direction. Interesting times…
View on StockTwits ↗it's such a wild battle for the company. i don't have any friends who know wtf $IRIX is so it's like i'm at a movie alone
View on StockTwits ↗$IRIX william moore doesn't want to talk to me about iridex. We've called 2 or 3 times. 🤮
View on StockTwits ↗$IRIX Tell him he is harming interst of small investors
View on StockTwits ↗@longtermvalue1 @alexpitti I think mgmt’s efforts have been making/have made $IRIX more attractive to potential buyers. e.g. If $IRIX was failing operationally why would Novell secretly buy a chunk stock in the secondary mkt and attempt to gain control of board? Why wouldn’t they wait? Novel converts/pfd are senior to the equity, plus $IRIX would be more likely to need/draw the remaining tranche of converts. Wouldn’t that put Novell in poll position to claim the assets? Just trying to think it through…
View on StockTwits ↗$IRIX Novell filed a SEC 13d amendment yesterday (1/13) disclosing that Xinpo Venture Capital, another entity controlled by Novell Inspiration’s founder/family bought 1.186M $IRIX public shares via open market purchases, increasing their combined ownership stake to 29.9%. Seems like an activist move? Anyone have any thoughts on this new disclosure?
