Century Therapeutics Inc is a biotechnology company harnessing the power of allogeneic pluripotent stem cell therapies to develop potentially curative cell therapy products for autoimmune diseases, including type 1 diabetes, or T1D, and cancer. Its beta islet, T cell and NK cell programs are allogeneic, meaning it is derived from healthy donors for use in any patient, rather than being sourced from an individual for their own specific use, as is the case with autologous T cells. The cell types it can generate from iPSCs, including iPSC-derived beta islet cells, iPSC-derived CD4+ and CD8+ alphabeta T cells, or alphabeta iT cells, and iPSC- natural killer cells, or iNK cells.

@cta7978 I'm not Brian, and would be interested in his take as well. I'm invested in $SANA and I *was* in $IPSC. I got out when I received a proxy for annual meeting and there was a point about increasing number of shares abut 1.5x Well, dilution is common in biotech. So I got out with profit and now waiting when they will do it. But the shareholders meeting was in June and nothing happened yet. I expect it would announce dilution and stock would drop and then I jump in. But it may not happen and I miss the IPSC train.

big fan of $GUTS long-term, that and $IPSC if we're staying in the realm of diabetes. $OCGN looking to have a good Q3 with 3 different phase 3 readouts between Q326 and Q427, then of course are the expected PDUFA dates to follow. My favorite stock to hold over the next 3-5 years is $PRME . The latest and greatest gene editing platform from the Harvard Doctor (Dr.Liu) that founded $BEAM . They already have a cure worked out for Chronic Granulomatous Disease, which has Regenerative Medicine Advanced Therapy (RMAT), Fast Track, Orphan Drug, and Rare Pediatric Disease designations; They are currently working out the kinks with the FDA before submitting the BLA. They also won arbitration with BEAM for their AATD treatment, which will become their fiscal crown jewel when completed. They also have another bullet in the chamber with their work on Wilson's disease.

$IPSC what do you make of this: ”On June 15, 2026, Century Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into an Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (the “A&R Agreement”) with Chad Cowan, Ph.D., the Company’s Chief Scientific Officer." Apparently, Chad Cowan left. So, who is now CSO ? This and incoming share count increase from 300M to 450M kind of worries me. Saving some cash to buy below 2.

@BriOnH no. Year 1 was “thousands and thousands” of patients. He has said that even in a spectacular case where they scale up AFTER Commercial and get to the point where they treat 100,000 patients a year, they would only reduce the growth rate to 4% from 5%. My guess is that 100,000 patients coukd take 5-10 years to get to. But even 10,000 patients a year is 1,000,000,000 (or more) in revenue depending on if the cost is 100,000 (or more). 100,000 patients would be 10 billion or more of revenue. So, regardless of where $SANA or $IPSC fall in this range, these are all great businesses.
