@Number_4 In still thinking under $25. TB may have made a formal offer but they lowball all of these software vendors. Plus volatility still is pretty low considering a potential bidding war. I view this more as like $INFA buyout earlier this year. Unfortunately management here has excelled at value destruction for shareholders.
