Citizens reiterated $IMMX Market Outperform-$23 and said that it sees 273% pot'l⬆️for its bull case ($42) and 47% pot'l⬇️for its bear case ($6). $PRTA $JNJ - GMAB BMY GILD - ACLX AZN ABBV REGN Citizens said -- We reiterate our Market Outperform rating and price target of $23 for Immix Biopharma based on a revenue and earnings multiples analysis. Recently, Immix reported 2Q26 earnings, and based on our conversation with management, we remain confident in regard to the cadence of value-driving milestones over the next 6-12 months. With NXC-201 on track to report top-line results in September and file a BLA in 1H27, a potential commercial launch by year-end 2026/early 2027, and a solid cash position of $232.1MM, we believe Immix shares represent an attractive investment opportunity, with ~47% potential downside (bear case $6) and ~273% potential upside (bull case $42).
View on StockTwits ↗$IMMX FLOAT MATH — this may be much tighter than the headline 58.7M float suggests. WSJ: 71.54M shares outstanding, 58.70M public float and 9.49M shares short as of 7/31—16.17% of official float. From Whalewisdom: • Filed 6/30 13Fs + Janus 13G: 29.25M shares • Assume remaining 13F filers ultimately report approximately 15M (was 13M as of 3/31) • Total is Estimated institutional holdings within float: 44.25M, or 75.4% Estimated retail/other remainder: only 14.45M Important: insider/control shares are not subtracted again. WSJ already excludes approximately 12.84M from public float, closely matching the 12.21M actual shares held or controlled by IMMX officers and directors. Shorts do not mathematically reduce legal float, so the “real float” is not 4.96M. But 9.49M short equals approximately 65.7% of the estimated 14.45M outside institutional hands. My takeaway: legal float is 58.7M, but plausible effective trading supply may be only 15M depending on institutional selling/lending and retail conviction. If holders remain sticky, covering demand could collide with a much smaller supply than the headline float suggests.
View on StockTwits ↗$IMMX I do not think the market is concerned about CR rate. There is plenty of public domain data that comforts us that the CR rate will be fine. They have run very lean compared to almost any other biotech company I have ever analyzed. Their annual spend is less than most quarterly spends of comparable companies. The biggest variables for the September data update will be: 1. No ICANS that differentiates it from all other BCMA CarT 2. Low/brief/rapid on-off CRS that reduces cost of care and toxicity to a fragile populace 3. Durable responses without relapse that rationalizes high but single time cost These 3 items are what differentiate NXC and those are where the value will be created or destroyed. This is the gamble... It is good to see the institutional ownership increasing. I estimate short interest of non-insider non-institution float is likely 35% It will be a very volatile day...up or down

View on StockTwits ↗$IMMX not to be a downer, just calibrating Sept expectations. May’s 95% CR (19/20) looks like the bar to beat. But Immix’s own corp deck shows that same 20-pt cohort’s CR rate at three cuts: 70%→75%→95% (Apr’25→Nov’25→May’26). Same patients — it climbed purely from more follow-up time. Several “pending” patients were already MRD(-) early on, just hadn’t hit the time threshold for CR yet. Pts 21-45 were dosed later and will have less follow-up by Sept. If the same MRD(-)→CR lag applies, aggregate CR% could look lower — not because efficacy dropped, but because newer patients haven’t had time to convert. What actually matters in Sept IMO: durability in the original 20 (any relapses?), MRD status in 21-45 (even if not yet “CR”), and whether the progressor/non-responder count stays flat. Happy to be wrong and see 95%+ hold. Just think this is also important context to have
