$IMAB From recent news…. Advancing givastomig toward initiating a registrational Phase 3 study as early as YE 2026, under a potential Accelerated Approval Pathway. In February 2026, NovaBridge initiated a global, randomized Phase 2 study of givastomig combined with immunochemotherapy in patients with HER2-negative, 1L metastatic gastric cancer. Givastomig’s planned Phase 3 interim data read-out in 2028 Progressing VIS-101 toward Phase 2b initiation in 2H 2026, following positive Phase 2a results supporting potential best-in-class durability. Maintained a strong balance sheet with $215.9 million in cash, cash equivalents, short-term investments, and equity investment at fair value as of June 30, 2026, providing runway through several important clinical and strategic inflection points, including givastomig’s planned Phase 3 interim data read-out in 2028.

View on StockTwits ↗$IMAB TJ Biopharma's financing documents require it to file for an IPO by June 30, 2027, or certain preferred investors gain the right to require TJ to repurchase their shares. Novabridge (IMAB) stake in TJ could be very large in at IPO, but massive in a couple of years later, if things go well at TJ.
View on StockTwits ↗$IMAB Let’s not forget that Novabridge (Imab) owns about 12.2% of TJ Biopharma, and if every milestone is achieved, TJ Biopharma would owe Novabridge the full $80 million plus future royalties, to Novabridge. TJ will go public at sometime. Novabridge share of IPO with current ownership could be $122-183 million based on potential ipo valuation of 1-1.50 billion. The recent Biogen transaction to TJ may actually improve TJ's IPO prospects substantially. Receiving a $100 million upfront payment and retaining eligibility for up to $750 million in additional milestones is exactly the type of financing event that IPO investors like to see—it validates one of TJ's lead assets while reducing financing risk.

View on StockTwits ↗@Jstidd Great news. $IMAB Now it’s official they will be skipping Phase 2 and going to Phase 3 by year end, fast tracked by the FDA because of great results from their drug Givastomig. This will save them a lot of time and money.

View on StockTwits ↗$IMAB HC Wainright reiterates buy with target to $9. Accelerated Givastomig to phase 3 possibly by last quarter 2026. Already have a position, but getting interesting to add more. Once good results in phase 3, the risk reduces to make this a true biotech.
View on StockTwits ↗$IMAB Nice that they look like they are skipping to phase 3 for Givastomig. Possibly by year end. “Givastomig, a potential best-in-class/first-in-class Claudin 18.2-directed bispecific antibody for gastric cancer, has shown robust and durable responses with broad CLDN18.2 activity, favorable safety, as well as potential eligibility for FDA’s Accelerated Approval Pathway with potential initiation of a registrational Phase 3 trial as early as Q4 2026.”
