$ILPT is starting to shake off the old “RMR discount” stigma as price action keeps grinding higher. The balance sheet cleanup narrative is finally getting some validation, and leasing spreads are doing the quiet work underneath the move. It still has that turnaround profile — not clean, not linear — but clearly no longer in “avoid at all costs” territory. I’m not chasing $9 strength, just watching for a proper consolidation to see if this re-rating actually sticks.
