This investment vehicle endeavors to mirror the financial performance (before fund-related fees and expenditures) of the Invesco High Yield Defensive Index. A substantial portion, generally at least 80%, of its total assets will be committed to the securities making up this underlying benchmark. The index itself is meticulously crafted to offer exposure to U.S. corporate bonds that exhibit the most favorable "quality scores." These bonds are chosen from a broad universe encompassing both U.S. high-yield obligations (commonly known as "junk bonds") and corporate debt holding the lowest possible investment-grade credit rating, with all such determinations made by the index's proprietor. This fund operates on a non-diversified basis.
