I saw that Investing.com has got $DPLS shares rated as Strong Sell and has $HWNI shares rated as Strong Sell to. Investing.com hates both stocks because they know $DPLS and $HWNI are bad junk stock for investing.
@Day_Zero I don’t know why Dennis would buy $HWNI beside something else ro pump to people. But $HWNI looks very empty like every thing else Dennis has. He could pump $HWNI just like he pumps $DPLS even though both company’s dont really do anything just like Dennis does not really do anything. Dennis just likes to chill out listen to heavy metal and be online all day. Dennis is social media director.
$HWNI $DPLS What would be the point in acquiring HWNI, telling everyone about it and that you don't really know what you're doing with it that maybe it'll be a holding company, telling people you cleaned up their notes, and then dilute it into EM oblivion while not filing SEC reports? 🤔 Complete incompetence or sketchy dealings are the only two things I can imagine.

Curious how many shares he was able to dilute (at those much higher than $DPLS prices) before they went expert market? Now all of those $HWNI Shareholders have lost their $ as well…..

You can see now $HWNI shares have not one but two warnings from OTC Markets. The $DPLS CEO bought company in March and Dennis brags about $HWNI share price reaching 80 cents but now $HWNI share price is like 17 cents. Every time Dennis pumps things the crash is around the next corner. How come every thing Dennis does crashes?
@WaldenPuddle No not delisted but OTC send $HWNI to Expert Markets and Expert Markets is where OTC Markets sends company’s who can’t show their books. And when company can’t show its books OTC makes the shares not quotable so people can sell their shares but can’t buy any shares. OTC does this to protect investors see. Every deal $DPLS CEO does goes in the toilet and I saw this morning he says he is looking for another deal 😂 . He always says he wants to do a deal but every deal he does crashes and I have no idea how Dennis has any money left when $DPLS has no cash and $20 million in debts. Why Dennis wants to buy anything but $DPLS shares tells you $DPLS shares are bad junk. Not even Dennis wants to buy and hold any $DPLS shares.
The $ DPLS CEO post on X this morning says hes looking for acquisitions and that makes me laugh at him because he just bought $HWNI a few months back and already drove it down. Every deal Dennis does tanks. How come Dennis deals tank every time? How Dennis do any more acquisitions when $DPLS doesnt have any business and no money? Dennis has to buy something because $DPLS has no business and every body starting to know $DPLS tech is junk so Dennis has to try and make up some new news. If Dennis had any money why would he not use the money to buy back $DPLS shares? Because $DPLS shares are junk thats why. No body wants $DPLS shares not even Dennis.
That $DPLS CEO might be most incompetent phony boloney man I ever seen. He fail at every deal he does. Now OTC sends $HWNI to the showers like all of Dennis’s past deals. How does he get money from people to gamble when every time he makes bad deals that keep crushing share holders? May be some people don’t know about Dennis’s long track record of false hopes and failed deals? Every deal he ever made went down the toilet. Correct me if I am wrong.
how come any body would give the $HWNI CEO their money when the guy doesn’t know even the basics of finance and business? The most important thing when you invest is 1) Does the company have a big competitive advantage and huge moat? No, HWNI has no competitive advantage and no moat. 2) Does the company have a strong management team? No, HWNI has very weak management because the CEO has no finance experience and only knows how to make bad deals. I give management a F. I guess a 98% chance every body gets crushed. This is to easy for me to know.
Any body notice the $DPLS CEO has not posted any thing for 2 days now? That may be new record for him. He probably very stressed guy because every thing is going wrong way fast. Everything goes the wrong way because Dennis only know how to meme pump stuff because no body wants his tech because he can’t prove any thing works. But, retail sharehokders dont know the tech does not work so he can sell them no limit dilution shares to people that don’t know much about the tech. So you got a guy who has tech that doesnt work and a guy who is a financial nitwit. He will smash $HWNI people like he smash $DPLS people. Every body learn soon.
