Great return on holding both HOUS and COMP from merger news on I think late October...kept buying on weakness. Felt housings are getting out of reach from the ordinary buyers and sellers opening their home for sale to seriously well-prepaeed exclusive filtered group was way to go. Why not collect some subscription fee as well for viewing. Felt Zillow and Redfins were overvalued. The way Rocket Mortgage is run is maybe getting too old and not the best option anymore.
