Honeywell traces its roots to 1885 with Albert Butz's firm, Butz Thermo-Electric Regulator, which produced a predecessor to the modern thermostat. Other inventions by Honeywell include biodegradable detergent and autopilot. Today, Honeywell is a global multi-industry behemoth with one of the largest installed bases of equipment. It operates through four business segments: aerospace technologies, industrial automation, energy and sustainability solutions, and building automation. Recently, Honeywell has made several portfolio changes to focus on fewer end markets and align with a set of secular growth trends. The firm is working diligently to expand its installed base, deriving around one third of its revenue from recurring aftermarket services.

STRUCTURE WATCH Watching multiple large-cap setups transitioning from base → breakout behavior. Not chasing, just tracking technical confirmation. $AMGN - bullish inverse h&s breakout, could see another $40 to the upside $BA - could be early stages of an inverse h&s with neckline around $230 $SHW - inverse h&s breakout last week, measured move towards $367 $HON - finally a consolidation break, keep an eye on $236 as new support Key theme: if these structures hold on retests, this is how multi-week trend legs begin- not from news, but from structure acceptance. Patterns confirm probability, not certainty

View on StockTwits ↗The Club's top 10 things to watch in the stock market Monday $qnt $hon A bunch of initiations for Quantinuum, the Honeywell-backed quantum company that went public on the Nasdaq earlier this month. Cantor, Bank of America, Jefferies, and UBS all started with buys. Morgan Stanley went with a hold. We don’t own QNT (a bit too speculative for us). However, the company doing well would be positive for the value of Honeywell Technologies’ stake. https://www.cnbc.com/2026/06/29/the-clubs-top-10-things-to-watch-in-the-stock-market-monday.html?__source=iosappshare%7Ccom.stocktwits.StockTwits.STShareExtension
View on StockTwits ↗The Club's top 10 things to watch in the stock market Monday $hon Club name Honeywell completed its long-awaited breakup, spinning off its aviation and defense business into a standalone company called Honeywell Aerospace (ticker: HONA). The remaining Honeywell Technologies, which will keep the HON ticker, is focused on industrial automation. We plan to own both for the Club. Melius initiated coverage of HONA with a buy rating and a $306 price target. Cowen and Wolfe Research are out with holds. https://www.cnbc.com/2026/06/29/the-clubs-top-10-things-to-watch-in-the-stock-market-monday.html?__source=iosappshare%7Ccom.stocktwits.StockTwits.STShareExtension
