$HIRU the facts surrounding the bank judgment are all public record: - HIRU was served in 2024 - They hired a lawyer but he walked off the job in early 2025 - The judgment was granted late 2025 - The company hired a different lawyer and filed an appeal in early 2026, but by June that lawyer had also walked off the job. Now, the bank has filed writs of garnishment against a slew of banks. Those are the facts. they mysteriously amended their disclosures to remove all cash off their financials last month
View on StockTwits ↗$HIRU several key points regarding this lawsuit: 1. The Company’s position is supported by the preliminary expert report of Steven D. Lindsey, a former OCC compliance examiner and banking-compliance specialist. According to the report, the instruments were forged checks, AFCU released uncollected funds to Joel Natario, and AFCU’s conduct allowed the misuse of HIRU’s identity and caused significant harm to HIRU. 2. Further, further confirms that it will not remain inactive in response to AFCU’s enforcement campaign. AFCU has never banked Ameerex, has never held an Ameerex account, and the banks identified in the garnishment filings do not reflect any known Ameerex banking relationship. 3. Ameerex has no liquidity issues, continues to be supported by its Qatar-based shareholders and management, and remains backed by a strong mining-asset strategy. The Company operates internationally, mainly from Qatar, and remains fully positioned to execute its business plan.
View on StockTwits ↗$HIRU I was away for a while, what is this six million judgment all about?
View on StockTwits ↗$HIRU My guess is that HIRU misses the Corcoran payment and makes no effort to communicate that to shareholders. Just my opinion.
View on StockTwits ↗$HIRU I don’t think the 13g filed by Truist is given enough attention. If the next payment for Corcan is missed; which I think is due next week then the shit show begins. At this point I think the bashers may win. I already made a ton of money on the buy ins and swing trade so really don’t care. Be careful down here. A lot of scoundrels. Kool Aid on ihub is a frustrated trans that has way too much time on “their” hands. Cheers! Y
View on StockTwits ↗$HIRU The bashers on ihub convinced me to buy some more and just hold to see how this works out.
View on StockTwits ↗$HIRU Original buy in was a couple summers ago at .005. Held. Bought $30K more at .0004. Sold all at .008. Timing is everything on the OTC. Still holding 25,000,000 to see if the story has any truth to it. Cheers!
View on StockTwits ↗$HIRU A 100 dollar stock can go to 50 dollar in one day.
View on StockTwits ↗$HIRU im sure someone that knows alot more than me. Has been buying all way the down from .0078. Then run it back up to .0099. Rinse and repeat. Or a specific pr will let it run naturally. But what do i know. The whole stock market in general is a big gamble.
View on StockTwits ↗$HIRU When I asked Grok about it previously, I was given a 65%-75% favorability rate for HIRU to come out with a win in the proceedings. Though this may be a full win or a modified penalty. Everyone should do DD. I've pushed this case to the back burner and am focused on the news I'm actually interested in. Though if further court news provides an update, I'll re-evaluate. I personally appreciate both the bear and bull posts. Each has a purpose. Just need to determine the probabilities. GLTU.
View on StockTwits ↗$HIRU this my opinion about the court case. Since HIRU is legally a "person" then HIRU could be a victim of identity thief since the old management secrectly wrote bad checks under HIRU which gave no benefits to the company. I think the prince of Qutar has more money than the bank and is buying the best legal council which will eventually crush the bank. Like I said, this is an option and I haven't had time to fully read the case. Even though HIRU could be a victim, their default judgement from not appearing doesn't look good. Redemption is possible.
