Green Leaf Innovations (OTCID: GRLF) signed a non-binding Letter of Intent dated August 3, 2026, to acquire a 25% equity interest (fully diluted) in DURTEQ™ (CERA CELL CORP.), an innovator in fertilizers, marine biotechnology and sargassum valorization systems.
Under the contemplated strategic transaction, Green Leaf Innovations would receive exclusive or preferred distribution and integration rights for DURTEQ’s commercial line of liquid and dry powder organic fertilizers. Consideration is expected to be paid in Preferred Shares of GRLF, valued under agreed terms. Final integration milestones, logistics and definitive agreements are being finalized, with closing anticipated by September 15, 2026, according to the company.

$GRLF the company owes share holders a buyout or share buyback to at least .25 . Not sure how many took a huge loss but should definitely look into a lawsuit in regards to false claims of not doing a rs and then doing one months later..
$GRLF wow back under a penny already so it ran itself clear down the .0001 and then it did a 2500 for one reverse split which brought the stock back up to $.25 of Share and since then it’s back down to under a penny of Share ,, over a 99% drop after the reverse split..
