Graphex Group Limited, a company established in 1981 and headquartered in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, primarily focuses on the innovation, production, and distribution of graphene products within the People's Republic of China. Its business activities are diversified across three main segments: the development and commercialization of graphene materials, the provision of landscape design services, and catering operations. In its graphene division, Graphex provides various types of graphite, including natural spherical graphite, which is essential for manufacturing anodes in electric vehicle lithium-ion batteries. They also supply high-purity graphite, utilized in specialized coatings and refractory materials, as well as synthetic graphite. Beyond its materials expertise, the company also delivers landscape architecture and interior design solutions. Its catering segment is involved in managing restaurant operations and making strategic investments within the broader food industry. The company's corporate identity shifted in April 2021 when it officially changed its name from its previous designation, Earthasia International Holdings Limited, to Graphex Group Limited.

$GRFX How in the hell os this thing ( GRFX ) mot delisted a long time ago ?. I.have not looked at this ticker for atleast a year plus, and was disappointedly surprised to see this criminal entity still being allowed to scam folks. I was in this years ago, when that criminal John Demaio was running this scam. I lost money, even wanted to get my hands on that guy. But seriously I am so shocked that it's even allowed on here. Cut your loses. whi h I'm sure are a lot and get out.
View on StockTwits ↗The U.S. just backed off those big tariffs on Chinese graphite, and honestly, it makes sense for now. Hitting those materials with heavy taxes would’ve just made EVs and battery storage way more expensive for regular people. Even though the long-term goal is to rely less on China, the reality is we still need their graphite to keep costs under control today. Yeah, it’s not great news for local miners, but it does help keep the clean energy transition moving without pricing people out. A little bit Curious on your own point of view concerning this? is this just a necessary short-term move, or are we slowing down progress toward U.S. mineral independence?
