I am trying to prove the point that, if ABAT has value in that area why not PDIV has value, since the land is in same region and with 10 miles
ABAT Tonopah Flats and PDIV’s Silverpeak lithium claims appear to be roughly in the same regional basin and potentially only around 10–20 miles apart, depending on which portions of the claim blocks are compared.

ABAT vs. PDIV Tonopah-area properties
PDIV has several Nevada properties in the broader Tonopah region. Its Silverpeak property is the one specifically described as near Tonopah. PDIV’s Silverpeak claims consist of multiple claim blocks and were described as 30–40 miles west of Tonopah. PDIV also now identifies Stonewall Flat and Hombre as additional Nevada properties.
If by PDIV’s “Tonopah property” you mean Silverpeak, the two are not immediately adjacent.
Importantly, ABAT’s Tonopah Flats and PDIV’s Silverpeak are in the same general mining region, but they are separate property packages. They are close enough geographically to be considered part of the broader Tonopah/Big Smoky Valley mineral area, but they are not the same claims or one continuous property, based on the public descriptions I found.

I would say if 100 to 1 GNCP and PDIV value is 3 cents. That is 0003 for each GNCP.
50 PDIV to 1GNCP is 0006 is fantastic if PDIV stays 3 cents.
That is depending on the value of PDIV.
Hopefully they will keep PDIV as low as much possible. After conversion PDIV will get a big chunk and just assume after conversion they does a run/pump/dump strategy. How much PDIV go na make.
PDIV cost to GNCP is not more than 0001. I dont think so.
