This actively managed exchange-traded fund (ETF) aims to achieve its investment goals by primarily investing in other equity-focused ETFs, known as "underlying funds." These underlying funds, in turn, typically hold a diverse range of common, preferred, or convertible stocks across various global markets, including the United States, established international economies, and emerging regions. The fund maintains a strict policy to ensure its equity focus: under standard market conditions, at least 80% of its net assets—supplemented by any borrowed capital—will be allocated to equity investments, whether through its underlying equity ETFs, direct stock holdings, or equity-linked derivative instruments.
