$IBRX $GBIM Sorry but not correct. The 2024 annual report says that IBRX discontinued research on the Tarmogen platform due to poor trial outcomes. But GBIM's other platform is Neoepitopes. Protein constructs created using yeast which IBRX is working on. The hope is that they could be part of/ inside of the hAd5 adenoviris for Covid, Lynch, but we don't know. If they are not than IBRX will maybe cancel GBIM but they have been maintaining a large plant in Colorado for 4 years where GBIM is at.

I don’t know if I’m adding info here but I’ll try for those not in the know.
Dr Pat, PSS, of $IBRX, made a deal with $GBIM (GlobeImmune) a bunch of years ago.
He got 12 million shares of GBIM in exchange for 168,300 shares of IBRX and some money changed hands and I think he pretty much has complete control over us (GBIM). Then the FTC decided to enforce a rule that says the price of a company share may not be publicly posted if that company doesn’t file paperwork with them.
Technically, shares may be traded but nobody can see what the share price is. Therefore, US brokers won’t let us trade shares of gbim
So, $GBIM is in existence.
PSS controls us.
We own 168,300 shares of $IBRX.
Our products are being used in trials with IBRX .
There’s really nothing any of us can do about this situation except wait to see if PSS is successful with any of IBRX’s products that use gbim’s platform. If so, then GBIM shares will have a value.
Maybe he buys us up.
