These securities are sourced from national stock exchanges, the NASDAQ Stock Market, and the over-the-counter market. A fundamental commitment ensures that no less than 80% of its net assets, including any capital borrowed for investment purposes, will habitually be dedicated to small company holdings. Moreover, should the fund decide to alter this investment strategy, permitting less than 80% of its net assets to be invested in small companies, shareholders will be notified at least 60 days in advance.
