FEDL provides investors with twice the compounded quarterly performance of an underlying index. This index is constructed to identify and invest in leading U.S. large-cap securities that the issuer believes are best suited to benefit from the current economic and monetary conditions. A unique, proprietary framework is employed to categorize the prevailing monetary environment as either expansionary, restrictive, or indeterminate. The top 500 stocks listed on the NYSE are then assessed using various fundamental indicators to determine their potential advantage in the existing monetary climate, with the 75 highest-scoring companies chosen for the index. These selected constituents are weighted primarily based on their scores, with additional adjustments made for market liquidity, individual stock caps, and sector concentration. The index undergoes rebalancing whenever a shift in the identified monetary environment occurs. It is crucial to understand that, as a leveraged Exchange Traded Note (ETN), FEDL is intended strictly for short-term trading purposes and carries the credit risk of its issuer, UBS AG, London Branch.

FEDL provides 2x leveraged exposure to the compounded quarterly performance of an index that invests in large-cap US securities that the issuer believes is best positioned to benefit from the current monetary landscape. The index will use a proprietary methodology to classify the prevailing monetary environment as expansive, restrictive, or indeterminate. The 500 largest NYSE-listed stocks are then scored by several fundamental metrics, based on their potential to benefit from the current environment, where 75 of the best scoring stocks are selected for inclusion. The selected stocks are also weighted using their score with additional factors like liquidity, individual stock, and sector weights. The index is rebalanced when the prevailing monetary environment changes. Note: As a leveraged ETN, DEFL should only be held as a short-term trading tool and carries the credit risk of the issuer.
