$BWVI - Any of the crew in here know what's up with BWVI's old partner $EXPL? I see the stock is up 500% ... I was left holding a big bag of sunken treasure after the end of september
@GreenTeamDFLY - Thanks! That's along the lines of my assumption. The fact that $BWVI is a large common holder is definitely reassuring. I am super excited about all this (I got in at .06). Just like to keep my expectations realistic. The LOI seems to have been a good harbinger. For the first time, my entire portfolio is green today (well except $EXPL..haha). Thanks again
@K3FEF - While it probably goes against my best interests, here is what I have come to find out (with not much help at all from anyone but the internet). $EXPL (Endurance Exploration Group) actually owns the Admiralty rights (https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/6624019/swordfish-partners-v-the-unknown-abandoned-and-sunken-steamship/) . They partnered with Blue Water regarding the Pulaski. Blue Water gets 25% of what is salvaged (https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=133134356).
So, for the part that goes against my interests: I have both $EXPL and $BWVI in my portfolio. I made an extremely sweet return on my BWVI investment since I got in very early this year. That said, EXPL has been impossible to get any information from. They are 'Dark/Defunct'. They are o the SEC black list for the end of next month. I have tried numerous ways to contact them (social media, listed phone numbers), all dead ends. The stopped filing reports in 2019. It is extremely shady, if you will.

$BWVI I see $BWVI and $EXPL is releasing a video on Discovery Channel this week. I am so glad that $BWVI is moving forward but as far as $EXPL they are Dark or Defunct according to OTC Markets and $EXPL will not be allowed to be traded coming up soon. I tried calling numerous phone numbers for for $EXPL (disconnected) and tried contacting them (Micah Eldred, and others) through their social media numerous times and they do no respond but they post things after I had asked questions. For being such a big company and pushing this Discovery Channel episode coming up you would think they would want to keep the shareholders they have and not run their operation like a lemonade stand!!

I have been concerned because EXPL has been unresponsive to attempts to get info if they will be filing to prevent being 'blacklisted'.
I have stake in both Blue Water and EXPL.
