UBS⬆️ $CYTK Buy-$115,⬆️Myqorzo peak rev to $5.7B and said, we upgrade CYTK to a Buy and raise our PT to $115 (from Neutral/$69). $EWTX $BMY TENX TECX UBS added—We see Myqorzo as well positioned to drive near-term stock upside due to strong launch momentum in obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (oHCM). We now model peak Myqorzo revenues of $5.7BN (prior $4.0BN), where the stock is only pricing in ~$4.4BN. Our physician survey (n = 23) indicates prescriber enthusiasm for Myqorzo adoption in oHCM (largely driven by label differentiation). Post recent Ph3 success in non- obstructive HCM (nHCM), we are more constructive that a 2H26 filing and approval in 2H27 can help investors ascribe more value to the nHCM part of the story. Net, we believe upcoming CYTK earnings updates should drive stock outperformance, as well as support long-term value creation.
View on StockTwits ↗@Trainguy1 Great feedback, I appreciate this. And it makes complete sense. Probably getting ahead of myself. Will certainly look forward to potential combo options. Always exciting to watch drug evolutions. Cheers! $EWTX
View on StockTwits ↗$EWTX Great post @Trainguy1. Is it possible that we might actually be in the "Buyer" position now or lead a merger with $SRPT, $RGNX $SLBD? I'd mention $CAPR, but Linda has them on lockdown and looking for big money, not collab. Thoughts? Follow/Subscribe for more suggestions and perspective. Would love to hear yours too. That's how we find these gems and learn. Let's make some (more) money. Cheers!
View on StockTwits ↗@Trainguy1 @S_Franconi Great perspective here. I like the thinking outside the box. Who do you see targeting $EWTX? $BMY $GSK $TAK Follow/Subscribe for more suggestions and perspective. Would love to hear yours too. That's how we find these gems and learn. View on StockTwits ↗$EWTX Starting to hit the upward channel and should start hitting many of the BO speculation channels. Can't believe we're only sitting on 619 followers here. Any of my folks from historical favorites like $SRPT, $CAPR, $WVE $SLBD in Edgewise as well? Follow/Subscribe for more suggestions and perspective. Would love to hear yours too. That's how we find these gems and learn. Let's make some (more) money. Cheers!

View on StockTwits ↗$EWTX @S_Franconi Based on all of this upward share price movement we've been experiencing, I'm starting to wonder if EWTX is considering a buy-out offer for the cardiac side of the company. That would be a pretty good deal for the buyer: two heart therapeutics + about $3 billion cash for about $4.5 billion. If my suspicion is true, then it's probable all they're waiting for are the upcoming results from the ph1 EDG-15400 trial. I'm good with an Edgewise acquisition.
View on StockTwits ↗Mizuho⬆️ $CYTK-$118,⬆️aficamten's PoS in nHCM to 90%, reiterated Buy and said: CYTK (OP, increasing PT to $118 from $100): Myqorzo launch tracking ahead of Camzyos (setting up for a great launch) $EWTX TENX $BMY TECX Mizuho added—ACACIA-HCM (nHCM) hit both co-primary endpoints (makes this product even better). We increase our price target to $118 (from $100), primarily driven by aficamten in nHCM — PoS increased to 90% (from 75%) post ACACIA-HCM Ph3 data (hit stat sig on both dual primaries; data overall very consistent across primary/ secondary endpoints). Commercial launch is off to a great start (certainly an area where investors are doing the math to see how 2026 numbers may shake out vs consensus).
View on StockTwits ↗@Trainguy1 Hell yeah. Thanks for the heads-up. Let's hope for some great news for $EWTX
View on StockTwits ↗$EWTX This blurb indicates the status of Edgewise's clinical trials. The final set of ph2 results from the CIRRUS-HCM trial were provided earlier this week on June 16. Ph1 results from the EDG-15400 study are expected to be read out next week.
View on StockTwits ↗@Trainguy1 Awesome information and love this tie. Like what I'm seeing with both $SABS and $EWTX. Love the $VRNA tie. Curious, why do you think $EWTX went down after data yesterday?
View on StockTwits ↗RBC Capital y'day⬆️ $EWTX's PT to $59, reiterated Outperform and said: Stock Reaction Was 'Heart Pounding', But Data Should Reassure That '7500 Could Be Best In Disease $CYTK $BMY RBC Capital added—Today EWTX reported 12 week results from their HCM trial for '7500 and we had a chance to catch up with mgmt. We think that today's data delivered on both compelling safety and efficacy, with the potential to allow the company to design a ph.III without titration echos and ultimately deliver on a convenient real-world safety profile. While we saw substantial share price volatility today, questions on the catalyst path, and the afib debate may prove difficult to put to rest, we think these concerns are largely an overreaction. We think EWTX is a compelling cardiology story with '7500's preferred profile enabling >$3B in revenues, an emerging pipeline, and would be buyers on weakness. Tgt to $59 from $48 on model updates.
View on StockTwits ↗@BioRich Since you justifiably like the $VRNA managerial connection to $SABS, I think you should also like the fact that VRNA’s former marketing director, Chris Martin, is now on the board of directors of $EWTX. On June 1 $EWTX announced the sale of their muscular dystrophy franchise to Servier for up to $2.65billion, which will substantially supplement the $500 million cash EWTX already has in the bank. Yesterday $EWTX read out positive top line results from the final part of their phase 2 hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) trial. $EWTX will now move on to a phase 3 HCM trial, and Chris Martin will direct marketing research and development for their HCM therapeutic, EDG-7500. EWTX’s production and marketing effort will be well supported by all of that cash they are to receive. If you don’t already own EWTX, I suggest investing in it.
View on StockTwits ↗RBC Capital y'day reiterated $CYTK Outperform; $119 and said: While Confirming A Competitive Threat, We Hope Moving Past '7500 Data Can Allow Shares To Rebound $EWTX $BMY Here's what else RBC Capital had to say: https://x.com/Quantumup1/status/2067216447806329095?s=20
View on StockTwits ↗$EWTX The ph2 part D open label results were fine, but the pre-market shake down managed to free up shares for institutional investors anyway. Now that it’s clear that a ph3 trial will be the next step, let’s bring the share price above $40 ASAP.
