SMH yet the Nasdaq allowed the shares acquired by debt holders of Evofem to count toward the market cap though they haven't been sold yet and 94% of the 10.3 million shares are prefunded warrants priced at $0.001 a share. So now HUB Cyber Security has rights to convert that Evofem debt and rights to purchase Evofem $EVFM but who cares. Evofem is a shite OTC company trading below a penny, with a ton of debt otherwise and posting a 5.5 million net loss for Q1 2026. 🙄
