$ENSV some of my thoughts, crossriver or Murphey bought into ensv in 2016 and over the years i estimate at least 15 million on stock was bought. If they declare bk then worthless so crossiver just let it be delisted and not file anymore. Ie the expert market. Now a year after the last filing we see these filings so something is up. Only way for crossriver to recover money is to get it relisted and sell stock. They could just fold and declare bk but seems they would have done this a long time ago. I did see where they were doing some overseas work ie Libya but with no news who knows the revenue
$ENSV activity on SEC. They are canceling the previos stock effects or the agreements they made to sell stock when they made past deals
Why important? They are cleaning up their structure if they relist so those parties cannot sell shares and dilute the shares.
Maybe Crossriver is finally going to try to relist the stock? Odds are against us but why bother with this if they have no future to try to relist? What to look for? They need to hite audit firm so they can reapply to list. They dont have to refile all missing 10qs just a current one if im not mistaken

$ENSV Somebody requested I dig into Enservco and it was challenging for me to do since they don't have any information in EDGAR and also no public communications that I could see.
