$EGRX just doing the math today on the trailing twelve month sales here.....giving $EGRX a gross to net discount of 50% here cause fuck PBMs, Ryanodex is still performing after going generic 24M net, Belrapzo 29M net protected till 2031, Bendeka where the royalty is at did 181M net which is 56M net on the royalty so coming back to us in 2H'2027, and Byfavo did 1.5M net............how is this company endangered? seems like continual mismanagemnt im so pissed.....we got to call Nantahala Capital Management and tell them to get this company in gear, office number is 203-909-6430 tell them you are a shareholder and get their pressure on this situation

In 2023, the company was accused of failing to disclose slowing sales caused by excess and expired inventory at a key wholesale customer. Following the disclosure, the stock dropped, and investors filed a lawsuit.
