$ECGI we’ll see if they can pull off what FIGR has been doing for several years now as far as the tokenization of mortgages and HELOC’s. If ECGI can originate mortgages through RezyFi and tokenize those loans the way Figure has done, then ECGI’s current valuation could be extremely low relative to what a successful mortgage-tokenization platform might become.
Btw, FIGR hit $78/share at the beginning of the year. Been trading around $30/share since. I’d say .0004/share to get in on ECGI is a good buy-in price if they can pull off even a small percentage of what FIGR has done.
