$DVLP chapter 7 means equity of old shareholders wiped out. Could come back as a new company but old shares for stavros are worthless. The tax loss route is the only way , file Form 8949.

$DVLP I never would invest in a OTC bulletin board entity. I don't want to call it a stock. I'm just amazed at how much they are able to dump into the public but I guess they could always say that you don't have to buy it, which is true.
