This Exchange Traded Note (ETN) is designed to deliver returns that correspond to the performance of the NYSE Diversified High Income Index. Known as the ETRACS Monthly Pay 2xLeveraged Diversified High Income ETN, this financial product is structured to provide two times (2x) the monthly leveraged exposure to the index. It is also an unsecured senior debt obligation issued by UBS AG, with a maturity date of November 12, 2043. The underlying index itself comprises a diverse selection of publicly-traded companies chosen for their history of substantial dividend or distribution payouts. Inclusion in the index is contingent upon meeting specific criteria, such as particular dividend or distribution yield and payment frequency, as well as liquidity thresholds and other relevant eligibility rules.
