$DOW Dow Chemical always crashes hard just before the markets crash. Always has. Markets are already peaking and its all built on record debt. Which always happens just before a major crash. I think Dow is about to begin its crash to 23 soon. The markets are probably going to extend for a bit longer before they drop abruptly. High oil will accelerate the fall. I think inflation will continue to be sticky even during the crash. I think rates will still not be lowered as needed in time. And with all the war talk, it wont take much to scare the markets once its peaked. The Bull is extending but its old and well overbought. Im not excited about upcoming earnings either. I dont see any Bull case anymore. Dow sold off much of its assets. And I think people still believe 70s is possible 40 is the new 70 imho. 31 is the new 50. Ill be a buyer at 23.
View on StockTwits ↗$DOW $KMI $NOG $OXY $PBR The SPR fell by 6.1 million barrels to 298.7 million barrels last week, according to data released by the Department of Energy on Monday. The reserve is at its lowest level since January 1983. The 6.1 million drain was a big jump in the SPR's recent moderating trend which saw the previous week only 2.8 million barrels exit the strategic reserve. It is only a matter of time before the SPR can no longer be used to plug the gap so to speak. That's because the oil industry has generally accepted that the operational minimum for oil in the SPR, a point at which it would be more difficult to pump out the oil, is somewhere between 250 million and 300 million barrels. Meanwhile, sizing studies done on the SPR in the 1970s recommended an inventory minimum of 250 million barrels. https://www.zerohedge.com/energy/us-spr-falls-below-300-million-operational-limit-oil-drain-unexpectedly-surges-61mm-barrels
View on StockTwits ↗$LYB $DOW looks like "deal" on strait of Hormuz dead in water based on price movements today.
View on StockTwits ↗@nouraellm I like undervalued $DOW $GT $KHC and $NFLX.
View on StockTwits ↗@Leapyfroggy I can’t help it because I like chemistry and chemical companies including $DOW.
View on StockTwits ↗@minimalist I’m ready to move on but not until at least $7-8. So much opportunity cost and unneeded stress with this. Sure I’m over leveraged but 5+ years I’ve had enough. I could’ve made alot of money simply with $SPY $QQQ $DOW
View on StockTwits ↗$DOW $USFD $AMCR $ROKU $MKSI Dow benefits from industrial chemical demand, US Foods expands food distribution, Amcor leads sustainable packaging, Roku grows its connected TV platform, and MKS Instruments benefits from semiconductor equipment demand.
View on StockTwits ↗@Kmcdona1 I like both $DOW and $XE. Fluor Corporation ($FLR) announced that it has entered into a contract with X-energy to support the company’s proposed advanced nuclear project at Dow’s UCC Seadrift Operations in south Texas. Under the agreement, Fluor will initially deliver Front-End Loading Stage 2 (FEL-2) services. FEL-2 focuses on project definition, strategic planning, feasibility assessment, cost control and risk mitigation. https://newsroom.fluor.com/news-releases/news-details/2026/Fluor-Signs-Contract-With-X-Energy-for-Advanced-Nuclear-Project-in-Texas/default.aspx
View on StockTwits ↗$DOW should close the day up 2000 and Nasdaq up 1000 and SP up 200. As $DJT said he can "make the markets go up and down at will". Boy is that the truth.
View on StockTwits ↗$SPY $QQQ $SOXL $SOXS $DOW the best bet for retail investor is to stay out of market for atleast a month. The liquidity crunch will make hedge and tbose who bought 100k tweet learn a lesson.
