$DOMO curious to see what happens if we get to $3.16. Volume is up right now, could be a fun day!
View on StockTwits ↗$FBIZ Good morning, investors. Agricultural and food producers continue benefiting from structural demand and government support, while miners remain in focus as investors position around critical commodity supply chains. On the watchlist, $FBIZ continues trading near 52 week highs with strong insider alignment and solid YTD performance. Among gainers, $LVWR jumped 37%, while $PYXS and $DOMO also posted strong advances. On the downside, $HURA fell 17% despite no clear company specific catalyst. View on StockTwits ↗$DOMO why does it feel like everyone is just sitting waiting by the buy button but don’t want to be the first lol.
View on StockTwits ↗$DOMO Looks interesting, looks like we're considering entering at the opening of trading, we'll follow.
View on StockTwits ↗$DOMO I’m a little curious as to what makes people think this will close on Monday? I get the point that some believe that buyouts occur on Mondays. But in this specific instance, I think we need to be realistic and look at the facts. If it closes Monday, that would be amazing but I believe that the facts are: the forbearance agreement requires a signed transaction agreement by end of July — not a completed deal, signed. The CTO, who’s been running the company day-to-day since December, is leaving July 10, before that deadline even hits. And even in the best case where they sign right at the deadline, closing a public company sale almost always needs a proxy filing, SEC review, and a shareholder vote or tender period after that — weeks more, minimum. So the actual math points to “this is still genuinely weeks out at best,”.
View on StockTwits ↗$DOMO It's not like the timing is set in stone, they will be working the weekend to get it done and the sticking points that arise will determine when things get signed. The fact that they already said they are close means there is a great chance of a Monday morning announcement.
View on StockTwits ↗$DOMO I don't think they bother announcing the CTO exit if the buyout is Monday so the buyout is probably another week or two away.
View on StockTwits ↗$DOMO Somone trying to shake out buyers with that drop. Probably repurchased.
