In 1984, Danaher's founders transformed a real estate organization into an industrial-focused manufacturing company. Then, through a series of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, Danaher now focuses primarily on manufacturing scientific instruments and consumables in the life sciences and diagnostic industries after the late 2023 divestiture of its environmental and applied solutions group, Veralto.

$SGMO @pblegend66 Not only are both of the Danaher attorneys restructuring experts, more importantly Mr. Price is a partner and the vice chair of the firm. The other is their most senior associate for restructuring. It would be fairly unusual for two heavy hitters to attend simply to babysit maybe $100,000-ish in debt for an old centrifuge. Probably billing $10K-$15K or more for a day just to do that? I’d say no. This smells more like $DHR is a bidder.
