@americasecond Gosh, if pre-merger $SAFX has a market cap of $400M, then $DEVS would have a market cap of 15% of that, or $60M, and thus my 10% stake in that would be $6M. 😃
@A_Semaan01 Perhaps some of that 1.7G shares are going to the brother shareholders of $DEVS and SER? My own 4.8M shares of $DEVS will become a little over 6M shares of $SAFX.
@Spc_baller Because $DEVS's true value is as being about 1.3 shares of $SAFX (as per the merger agreement); with the latter going for about $0.45, $DEVS should be going for $0.62.
$DEVS Bought a little, goosing up the price. Now up to 4.75M shares, or about 10% of the company. $SAFX had some very good news, and of course, good news of $SAFX is good news for $DEVS.
