The CROP fund endeavors to deliver investment returns, in terms of both share price movements and dividend income, that generally mirror those of its designated benchmark, the IQ Global Agribusiness Small Cap Index. To achieve this objective, the fund allocates at least 80% of its net assets, supplemented by any borrowed capital utilized for investment, to the specific holdings featured within its underlying index. This index is constructed using a systematic, rules-based approach, employing a modified capitalization-weighted and float-adjusted methodology. Its primary function is to serve as a tracker for the overall financial performance of publicly traded, small-capitalization companies globally that are primarily focused on the agribusiness sector. Notably, this fund operates with a non-diversified investment strategy.
