Hemp should be non intoxicating. Period. It should be limited to industrial uses. Which is the historical definition for fuck's sake.
Anything else is cannabis.
If hemp players want to sell intoxicating product, then they must be required to follow all the rules:
1. Get state licenses
2. Prove seed to sale provenance
3. Do rigorous testing of their product
4. No interstate commerce because it's illegal now
And anyone who sold shitty product to kids should be fined and/or excluded going forward.
I find this whole discussion infuriating.
